Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Bursting with oats, apples, and cinnamon, this Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is a great way to get breakfast on the table with minimal fuss.

Mix together the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients and the diced apples to the custard made of eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. 

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. 

Serve warm with fresh berries and maple syrup.
