Baked Blueberry Donuts

Moist cake-like donut crumb studded with fresh blueberries and topped with an easy 3-ingredient vanilla glaze. The perfect treat for the donut lover in your life!


Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir just until they are combined.

Gently stir in fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.

Tip: Place the donut batter in a pastry bag to make filling the donut pans easier!

Evenly fill two greased donut pans with the batter.

Bake for 16 to 17 minutes or until the donuts are cooked through and lightly browned.

Whisk together powdered sugar, whole milk, and vanilla. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze.
