Baked  Honey Sriracha Wings

Use paper towels to dry any excess moisture off of the wings. Moisture is the enemy of crispy baked wings.

Place the wings on a rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in the upper section of an oven that's preheated to 450 degrees F.

With about 10 minutes of baking time left, begin making the sauce. Grate the garlic and ginger with a coarse grater.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and ginger until softened and starting to brown.

Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce to deglaze the pan, scraping up any bits on the bottom of the pan.

Add the honey, sriracha, and lime juice and stir until it all comes together.

Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Pull the wings from the oven once they are nice and brown and crispy, about 50 minutes.

Immediately pour the honey sriracha sauce over the wings and toss to coat them.
