Baked Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onion

Sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic are tossed in an easy herbed olive oil and tomato sauce and then baked until golden brown.

Minimal ingredients that result in big flavors that the whole family will love!

In a bowl, add the extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Whisk until combined into a sauce.

In a large bowl, add the peppers, onion, garlic. Add the tomato sauce.

Toss until all the veggies are coated in the tomato sauce.

Spread the veggies out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Tuck the sausages in, turning to coat each one in the sauce.

Bake at until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
