Banana Walnut Muffins

Tender cinnamon-spiced crumb loaded with banana flavor and studded with chopped walnuts and served with creamy sweet and salty honey butter.

Whisk together all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

In a separate large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar.

Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.

Add the chopped walnuts to the batter and mix just until they are evenly distributed.

Scoop the batter into a lined 12-count muffin tin. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cream together softened butter, honey, and salt until light and airy.

Allow the muffins to cool  then serve them with the honey butter. Enjoy!
