Cheddar Jalapeño Biscuits

Cheesy, buttery, flaky, and just a bit spicy! These Cheddar Jalapeño Biscuits are super easy to make and take less than 30 minutes!


*Flour *Baking Powder *Sugar *Garlic Powder *Salt *Buttermilk *Butter *Jalapeños  *Cheddar

Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, and salt.

Add the buttermilk, melted butter, and diced jalapeño. Mix to combine.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until distributed.

Dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times.

Roll the dough into a disk and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.

Transfer the biscuits to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes.

Brush the tops with melted butter to finish.

Serve warm and enjoy!
