Chocolate Covered Pecans

Buttery pecans lightly roasted in a cinnamon and brown sugar candy coating then tossed in rich dark chocolate.

Add melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Add the pecan halves and toss until they are completely coated.

Spread the pecans out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Allow the pecans to cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together.

Add the candied pecans to the melted chocolate and toss to coat.

Spread the chocolate coated pecans out on a freshly lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
