Cinnamon Muffins with Crunchy Streusel Topping

Tender cinnamon muffins with a ribbon of cinnamon sugar running throughout and crunchy streusel on top, you'll be making these over and over again!


Make the cinnamon muffin batter.

Fill the bottom 1/3 of a lined muffin tin with the muffin batter.

Divide a cinnamon and brown sugar mixture evenly between them.

Top them with the rest of the muffin batter until each well is about 3/4 full.

Using a toothpick or knife, gently swirl each one to help the layers come together.

Evenly distribute the streusel on top of each muffin. Gently press down to help it stick.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the muffins are browned and a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool on a wire rack.

Serve and enjoy!
