Creamy Chicken Thighs and Rice

This easy dinner features tender juicy perfectly seasoned chicken thighs nestled into creamy parmesan rice. It's a one-pot comfort food you'll want to make again and again.


Season chicken thighs with a mixture of salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, cayenne, and pepper.

Sear in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the shallots until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Then, add the garlic for another minute.

Add the rice and sauté, stirring often, until golden brown and fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan, and salt. Add the chicken thighs back in. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Allow it to rest off the heat for 5 minutes then remove the lid. Top with parsley for a final touch!
