Chocolate Covered Pecans

Buttery pecans lightly roasted in a cinnamon and brown sugar candy coating then tossed in rich dark chocolate.


*Pecans *Butter *Brown Sugar *Cinnamon *Salt *Dark Chocolate *Coconut Oil

Mix together melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Toss pecans in the brown sugar cinnamon mixture.

Spread them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

Add the candy coated pecans to the melted chocolate and toss to combine.

Place the chocolate covered pecans on a fresh sheet of parchment paper.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until hardened. Break the pecans apart. Enjoy!
