Easy  Homemade Granola

This easy granola is packed with oats, nuts, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries and flavored with honey and warm spices.

To a bowl, add old-fashioned oats, pecans, walnuts, sliced almonds, and shelled pumpkin seeds.

Add sea salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and ground cloves. Stir to combine.

Pour in oil, honey, and vanilla and stir until it is all well coated.

Spread the granola out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and smooth into a single layer. Bake  for 10 minutes.

Give the granola a good stir, smooth it back out, and press down. Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it apart and mixing in the cranberries. Enjoy!
