Easy  Sloppy Joe Sliders

Ingredients

*Slider Buns *Ground Beef *Green Pepper *Ketchup *Brown Sugar *Dijon Mustard *Worcestershire Sauce *Garlic Powder *Salt *Pepper *Provolone Cheese *Butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.

Sauté ground beef and diced green pepper until the meat is cooked through.

While the meat is cooking, whisk together ketchup, water, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Drain the excess grease off of the meat. Pour the sauce into the drained meat.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and gently simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Place the bottom buns in the baking dish. Top with half of the cheese, then the meat, followed by the rest of the cheese slices. Place the top buns on top.

Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter. Bake the sliders for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly browned.

Enjoy!
