Fresh Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls

These Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls feature plump fresh strawberries in a soft cinnamon roll topped with classic cream cheese frosting for the ultimate treat.

Simple Ingredients

Add warm milk, yeast, and sugar to a stand mixer bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and an egg. Mix with a dough hook until smooth.

Transfer to an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours or until doubled in size.

Dump the dough out onto a floured surface and roll into a 12x17-inch rectangle.

Spread softened butter over the rolled out dough.

Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Spread it over the butter.

Spread diced strawberries over the top.

Starting from the short side roll the dough into a log. Cut off the ends and slice into 12 rolls.

Transfer the rolls to a buttered baking dish and cover to rise again.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the tops become lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cream together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and serve. Enjoy!
