Fudgy  Espresso Brownies

 Intensely chocolatey with a jolt of espresso and just the right sweetness. With a fudgy center and crinkly top, these are the perfect brownies!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish, line it with parchment, and grease the parchment.

Add the butter and unsweetened chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds at a time until melted.

Add the sugar and espresso powder. Mix until well combined.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 32 to 38 minutes or until the brownie on an inserted toothpick comes out fudgy but not wet.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before removing and cutting.
