Grilled Haddock with Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce

Flaky lemon-garlic marinated haddock fillets grilled to perfection and then topped with a smooth and silky lemon dill cream sauce.

In a shallow bowl, mix together fresh lemon juice and finely minced garlic.

Coat all sides of the haddock fillets in the marinade and allow it to sit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the grill.

Gently dry off the haddock fillets and place them on the hot grill. Cook for 5 minutes on the first side.

Flip the fish over and grill for another 4 minutes or until cooked through.

While the haddock is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and add flour. Stir constantly for 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in the half and half. Then, add the salt and pepper. Gently simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh dill to the sauce.

Serve the lemon dill cream sauce with the grilled haddock.
