Herbs de Provence Chicken and Potatoes

Chicken thighs are seasoned with herbs de Provence and roasted on top of potatoes, shallots, and garlic in thyme-infused cream sauce.

Ingredients

Season chicken thighs with herbs de Provence, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Add potatoes, shallots, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a skillet with melted butter.

Whisk together heavy cream and chicken broth and pour it over the veggies.

Place the chicken thighs on top of the veggies skin side up.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the skin has become brown and crispy and the veggies are cooked through.

Serve warm and enjoy!
