Honey and Thyme Roasted Carrots

These honey thyme roasted carrots are sweet and salty and herby making them a great side dish for any main meal.

Ingredients

*Carrots *Honey *Thyme *Butter *Salt *Pepper

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Then, mix in honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Toss the honey mixture with sliced carrots until everything is well coated.

Transfer the carrots to a parchment-lined baking sheet leaving room between carrots.

Roast the carrots for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Transfer the carrots to a serving bowl (optional) and serve warm. Enjoy!
