Honey Sriracha Wings

Easy crispy baked wings tossed in a sticky sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce.

Use paper towels to dry any excess moisture off of the wings.

Place the wings on a rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in the upper section of an oven that's preheated to 450 degrees F.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until softened and starting to brown.

Pour in low-sodium soy sauce to deglaze the pan, scraping up any bits on the bottom of the pan.

Add honey, sriracha, and lime juice and stir until it all comes together.

Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Pull the wings from the oven once they are nice and brown and crispy, about 50 minutes.

Pour the honey sriracha sauce over the wings and toss to coat them.

Serve the wings with extra lime wedges. Enjoy!
