Moist Banana Bread

This easy cinnamon-spiced banana bread is extra moist and delicious.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with butter and set it aside.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Then, mix in mashed bananas, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.

Transfer the banana bread batter to the greased loaf pan.

Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top feels firm when pressed on. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Serve the banana bread still warm with softened butter for the ultimate treat! Enjoy!
