One Bowl Fudgy Espresso Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish, line it with parchment, and grease the parchment.

Add the butter and unsweetened chocolate bar to a microwave-safe bowl and heat 30-seconds at a time until melted.

Add the sugar and espresso powder. Mix until well combined. 

Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth. 

Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 32 to 38 minutes or until the brownie on an inserted toothpick comes out fudgy and not wet. 

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before pulling out and cutting.
