Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

These easy no-bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars with a graham cracker crust and layers of vanilla and pumpkin cheesecake are the perfect fall treat!


*Graham Crackers *Sugar *Butter *Cream Cheese *Pumpkin Purée *Powdered Sugar *Brown Sugar *Heavy Cream *Spices

Press the graham cracker crust into the pan and chill in the freezer.

Meanwhile, make the vanilla cheesecake filling.

And the pumpkin cheesecake filling.

Spread the vanilla cheesecake filling over the chilled crust.

Dollop the pumpkin cheesecake on top and spread into an even layer.

Chill for at least 6 hours but ideally overnight.

Cut into squares. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
