Ingredients

*Flour *Cocoa Powder *Baking Soda *Baking Powder *Salt *Sugar *Butter *Buttermilk *Canola Oil *Eggs *Vanilla *Vinegar *Red Food *Coloring *Cream Cheese *Powdered Sugar *Milk

Directions

Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, an egg, and vanilla extract. Set aside.

Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Cream together butter and sugar. Then, add the buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, and red food coloring.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix just until they come together.

Pour in half of the cake batter, then the cheesecake filling, and top with the rest of the cake batter. Gently tap the pan on the counter to release any air bubbles.

Bake 50 to 60  minutes or until only moist crumbs remain on a wooden skewer. Allow the cake to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 2 hours.

Turn the cake out onto the wire rack and cool another hour or until completely cooled.

Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and creamy.

Pour or spoon the frosting over the cooled cake gently pushing the frosting down the sides to create drips.
