Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Tender roasted Brussels sprouts with crispy salty bacon in a sweet and tangy brown sugar glaze.


*Brussels Sprouts *Bacon *Butter *Brown Sugar *Dijon Mustard *Worcestershire Sauce *Red Pepper Flakes

Cook the bacon in a large skillet, preferably cast iron, until the fat has rendered and the bacon is crispy.

Meanwhile, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes.

Drain the grease from the bacon and add the Brussels sprouts to the pan.

Add the brown sugar sauce and toss until everything is coated.

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until the sprouts are cooked through and browned.

Serve warm and enjoy!
