Salted Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are tender, chewy, and absolutely loaded with butterscotch and chocolate chips then finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt for a salty-sweet combination you'll love!


*All-purpose flour *Baking Soda *Baking Powder *Cornstarch *Cinnamon *Kosher Salt *Salted Butter *Brown Sugar *Sugar *Eggs *Vanilla Extract *Chocolate Chips *Butterscotch Chips *Flaky Sea Salt

Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt.

Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

Mix in the butterscotch and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. Cool 2 minutes then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
