Sheet Pan Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onion

Italian sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic are tossed in an easy herbed olive oil and tomato sauce and then baked until golden brown.

Minimal ingredients that result in big flavors that the whole family will love!

Add the extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to a bowl.

Whisk until combined into a sauce.

Toss the sauce with diced onion, bell peppers, and garlic.

Spread the veggies out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Tuck the sausages in, turning to coat each one in the sauce.

Bake at 400 degrees F until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.

Serve them as is, on a roll, or with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
