Sriracha Aioli

5 simple ingredients make an extra flavorful sauce that can be used as a spread or dip.

Cut 1 large garlic clove into thin slices then chop into a mince.

Sprinkle the minced garlic with sea salt.

Continue chopping the salted garlic until it becomes a fine mince.

Add the mayo, sriracha, lime juice, and minced garlic to a bowl.

Whisk until it is all well combined. Cover and chill for 4 hours before serving.
