Ingredients

canned chickpeas
drained and rinsed

mayo
1/4

onion
diced
1/4

celery
diced

teaspoon
dill

teaspoon
salt
1/4 to 1/2
teaspoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Place the chickpeas in a mixing bowl and mash about half of them.
Add the onion, celery, dill, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of the lemon juice. Mix until well combined. Add more lemon juice if needed.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
This can be made vegan by using vegan mayo.
